Nothing mentioned in my TV guide which normally has it written accross the top of the page.

Actually, the change of time, THIS year , is three weeks earlier than normal, and the change BACK in the fall will be one week later, than usual.

Why?

To make better use of the available daylight, as a energy saving measure.
