Suggestions please, as reviewed or that you are using - which service or provider are folks on BE using these days, either free or at a cost.
Thanks

It was MediaHint until Firefox disabled it. Given it was easy to use (as in nothing to do) I'd happily pay should the "need" arise.
Anything I'd watch on iPlayer is easily found elsewhere (and iPlayer access days may be numbered) and live BBC/ITV still available via FilmOn in its many guises.
Although I can watch Match of the Day on FilmOn, the advantage of iPlayer was watching after it started and then using the restart/rewind feature, whatever it was called, to go back to the beginning and then 'fast forward' through the less interesting parts or the stuff I had already seen earlier.
That's just one small thing though and not worth a subscription.

We subscribe to Hide My Ass. Never had a problem with it, we stream/record from BBC, ITV and Sky. All the TV we need for under $10 p/mth

The latest episode of Peaky Blinders finished an hour ago on BBC.
It's already uploaded onto watchtvseries (probably other sites too) and my download is complete, waiting for me to watch shortly.
Edited to add: The final part of The Night Manager was actually available even before BBC screened it.

No....from watchtvseries.
Thank you - is there a trick to actually watching the shows through that site? Each link I have tried is click bait?

Sometimes, for example, there's a 'download' button that doesn't provide the download of the show but a different download button does.
Or the 'play' button in the middle doesn't start play but the one in the bottom left corner does.
It does help considerably to have a download manager as it's much quicker to save what you want to watch plus they are capable of recognising a video stream and turning it into a quick download at a click. I don't understand the technicalities, I just know it works wonderfully.
I favour downloading for later rather than watching by stream as it avoids buffering issues and other problems.
Each episode listed provides a ton of links. Is that what you meant by click bait? Those links...vodlocker...vidzi...movshare...etc do provide the episode you originally selected.

Thanks.. I clicked a couple and ended up with dancing girls and a frozen screen. In the end I coughed up $10 and I'm trying Nord VPN suggested above.
I have used CouchTuner to watch series but sometimes it doesn't have current UK shows. You just pick your series on the right and off you go, no need for second or third clicks to the dancers 😊
Thanks again
QUOTE=BristolUK;11967818]Not sure what you mean but you do need to find the ones that work and try to stick with them and recognise certain behaviours.

I disabled my adblocker just to see if it made a difference. There were plenty of ads appearing...women in swimwear and a couple of pictures were animated so I suppose that could be dancing.
But all the links worked normally.
Oh well...at least you have an alternative.

I subscribe to Private Internet Access on a yearly basis. Very reasonable, servers all over the world that are rock solid and fast. Many of them allow an open port for uploading as well.
