Having my own meet up tonight. The bartender was suggesting some weird flaming pop rocks drink but I started off with a couple of cheeky tequila shots instead. The meet up is going along nicely.

I'd organize my own meet up, but it's unlikely that I'd turn up.

Anyway, I'm actually impressed that this one actually happened given the numerous attempts to have one in the 8 years since the last one. What's even more surprising is that there seem to be a few people living in MR now, probably enough to have a meet-up here.

Had another meet up. Amongst the tequila, bourbon and lager haze we had a funny discussion comparing the achievements of the Attlee government between 1945-51 and what the US population should expect from Donald Trump's administration. Oh, and whether Candy Crush or Farmville is the new mass opiate. I said no.
