US version of Have I Got News for You

Airs on September 14th on CNN, might be interesting? I could see a Canadian version working a but better than American (similar to how Whose Line is it Anyway transferred to the US well due to the two Canadian comedians), but we’ll see!

I saw an ad for that the other day. Have to admit I'm sceptical, but I love the UK HIGNFY, so it will be interesting to see if the US one is successful. They've certainly got plenty of fodder to work with……!
