I see that Summer comes in liquid form now
It's always lovely to see the signs of a British Summer: birds walking, leaves being ripped from the trees, picturesque towns submerged.

Isn't public drinking illegal in the UK? It is here (perhaps not everywhere). I have seen very little evidence of it in the 7 years I have been here. Very ocasionally I see a group of lads having a can or two in the park. They are pretty discreet about it. It's quite hard for kids to get hold of booze without adult help. The shops around here card anyone who doesn't look at least 25.
