Unfortunate/funny names

We've all heard about unfortunate/funny names... Hugh Jaynus, Thresa Green & - don't know if this ones allowed, but here it goes anyway..... Mike Hunt.

But have you actually met anyone or know somebody with such a name.

Through my work several years ago I met Gordon Bennett, Justine Case & Holly Day :D

My husband used to go to school with Wayne Kerr

I interviewed Dick Dong.

I worked with a man who had been called hung phuc le but who anglicised it to Lee Hung. That would have been fine had the bastards he worked with not convinced him that all Canadians have a middle name and a popular one is "well".

One of the newscasters on the telly back home had a great name:

'Nina Nanaar.' :D

Say it loudly and repeat - it sounds just like the noise you made as a kid when imitating a police car siren.

When I saw the resume I thought I should ask him why he didn't go by "Richard" but he seemed utterly humourless so I said nuffink.

I used to work with a bloke called Runi Poo.

A girl I worked with had a friend called Griselda Dick.

I vaguely knew a Gordon Bennett in Oakville. His tugboat (the Wendy B) is still moored in the marina. I don't think the town knew what to do with it after he went back to it one night, pissed, and fell down the stairs, killing himself in the process.

I also know a family called Beishon. The boys must have been glad to reach majority and thus be Mister, rather than Master. Then again, Mr Beishon isn't a great deal better.

There was a boy at my school with the surname "Fûcker".

Imagine the fun the gym teachers had with that:ohmy:

This bit of test equipment used to cause sniggering, but we are over it now:lol:

Well we know that!

When I started working back in the early 90's the email system at my then employer was called 'Wang Office'. That spawned a host of double-entendre type expressions...'just wang me', 'send me a wang', 'I'm wanging her now' etc etc. Hours of fun.

I know i cant believe hubbys friends called there kids harry and hilary hunt

When i was pregnant and we was having a discussion on names i put myself right in it by saying that any P names were out (last name begins with p) as it would sound stupid.:p to which his sister found a little odd as she has a P name as well as the P surname :o
But in the end i gave her my surname as i didnt want to take his surname anyway.
