Anyone here recommend renting out your property in UK? Concerned about being able to get tenants out or damage to property, even with using a property management company. Also bearing in mind recent horror stories over here about peoples homes being sold out from underneath them by fraudsters posing as tenants...thoughts on that possibility happening in UK thanks
