I didn't pick them for being low paid, I picked them because they make up the majority of the staff.

DWP is the biggest government department in the UK and those two grades make up the majority of its staff.

I think that's noteworthy.

An EA isn't anything like a secretary or administrator, they're three very different roles with salaries ranging from around £20k to £100k across the three of them (London).
