Alrighty, since the June Mississauga meetup was a complete bust, I am giving up on that and making a new thread for Toronto.

Throwing out the date of Friday 20 October. Hopefully it works.

Alright people need to start getting organised and responding!

The Yard is at it's best when there is a good dozen of us!

So start looking at the date in your calendar and locking it down!

We will be in the U.K. sometime in October...don't know the dates yet. Hopefully it won't be the 20th. :fingerscrossed:

Yeah, I’d have liked to see you all. Oh well, maybe next time. I’ll keep an eye out for December dates, but as I’ve said before: it’s highly unlikely I’ll make it to a winter meet-up.

It so happens that I'm currently living within five minutes walk of the Yard but our sublet ends next week and the next apartment isn't nearly as close.

I've been keeping out of this thread as I don't know what my timetable is like for Friday. I'm probably at a 50% chance of making it out for this... would be good to catch up with everyone if I can make it!

Looks like I will be able to head out for the evening.

Sorry you're not going to be able to grace us with your presence, Piff, that's a pretty poor excuse on your part, to come all the way to Ontario but not make it the last 30km or so to stagger through the doors of the Yard ;) I'm not sure we could manage Mario Kart, but I reckon we could configure the tables in the Library to make a passable beer pong battleground.

Looking forward to a good session with everyone else.
