Oh, and speaking of hostelries, I'm afraid the OH has pre-empted my attendance on Friday by arranging a boozy meet-up with a bunch of yokel BICs at the local.

We're very broad in our range of friends.

It screams. Can he get a job for my niece? She'll finish her degree this summer (Media Studies).

Oh, I should think so. Due to his superb educational accomplishments, he's recently been promoted to manager.

Is your niece hot? <norks especially advantageous>

I'm not allowed to look at her norks. I think she's my god-daughter (could be her sister, though; I can never remember which one it is).

Thing is. If she's to be a barkeep, nork-staring is commonplace.

Edit. So I'm told.

Risky. This girl is a cross between Jeremy Clarkson and Paxman. Perhaps slightly less gentle and a tad more opinionated.

Norvey doesn't work there anymore, that's a shame as he used to give the regulars entertaining appraisals of applicant's attributes, "I turned Japanese" is apparently the highest praise a Columbian can offer.

I am willing, nay joyous to admit, that I have no idea what the f**k you are talking about.
