Just watched the first two episodes on BBCiPlayer. Never could get into science fiction/Dr.Who stuff but Torchwood is actually very good and I'll definitely be watching the other three episodes.

I think it highly unlikely the programme will be shown any time soon in Canada. It begins on BBC America on July 20th, but BBC Canada is infamous for showing outdated programmes and being behind in its schedule. There is no indication on its website of the show whereas BBC America has a website for the series.

It was on CBC, is that still the plan? Space were also carrying it after the initial canadian screenings...

Space have announced they will be airing Torchwood, plus the next series of Doctor Who.
They say they will be airing Torchwood this July - so....soon!

If you have internet access you can download the episodes from thebox.bz or possibly UK Nova. Episode 4 should be available soon now, can't wait.
