In terms of whole albums rather than just the odd recording and excluding 'just' band members and apart from Michel Pagliaro I'm not sure who else is in my collection.

Jeff Healey
I had a week posted to Toronto on a business assignment a few years back, and our wonderful hosts gave us one night off the supplied entertainment trail.
Having done a bit of research, I took my two fellow European colleagues out to Healey's bar which was (still is?) somewhere in western Toronto.
By chance it was that night that Jeff was playing. Sitting about four metres from this guy for his set was one of the most memorable gigs I've been to.

I saw Jeff & band a few times. Once in London, he came out for the encore "with a couple of friends" Jack Bruce & Ginger Baker. He then took the roof off playing a bunch of old Cream songs. Wonderful player and singer.
Sadly missed
