I used to love cheese until my nan told me that it was just milk that had gone off. It seems to me that dairy farmers have got themselves a tidy little scam going there.

I'm not really a fan of cheese so I think I'm relatively clean. I don't mind that spongy whiteish stuff they sprinkle on pizzas. Otherwise, at worst I'm a recreational user.

That takes me back to the time I was sitting down to some wonderful Dim Sum in one of my restaurants of choice in Hong Kong (where I used to live) - I must have picked the wrong 'steamer' because as I was about to bite into what appeared at first sight to be a tasty morsel, I realised it had claws.

Cheese: Which Country Eats the Most? - WSJ
China is 0 kg and S Korea 2.2 kg.
France 25 kg. (per capita per annum)

In that case, I *might* be guilty of overconsumption of cheese...

Seriously? Is that all?

I never managed to get over my aversion to eating visibly recognisable claws/paws etc when Over There

..... I suspect that swordfish tastes much better than shark.

I have to admit to a sneaky midnight cheese-and-crackers yesterday.
Hamster is definitely a cheese addict. Should have seen him trying to stuff a lump in his pouches at the weekend.
'No, it won't fit in there.'
'Yes, it will.'
'No, it won't.'
'Ah, it won't. OK, I'll just have to run around the cage at random with an inch of cheese sticking out of my mouth while I decide where to stash it.'
He absolutely will not touch processed cheese slices of any kind, though.
