Seriously though the guy in the original thread apparently travels all over the world for work but seems totally clueless about whats right under his nose - I think we should hijack that thread and give him some more 'sensible' advice!

Yes, there is a lot of activity in the Middle East forum - far more than the Far East forum.
But recently it's mostly about how they're all losing their jobs, or how to skip the country before your bank account gets frozen (as frequently happens when your employer terminates your contract.)
