For those already in Canada
What is the name/location of your favourite eating place and why?
I know this is a daft one - but just wondered if there is one or a couple that stand out against the others, at least that way when we come over i wont have to pile on too much weight by trying them all  |

Sounds great - we love lobster. Got a real taste for it when lived at the seaside - great neighbour who was a fisherman used to have what he wanted from the daily catch and when in season we had fresh lobster 2 - 3 times a week. Never got fed up of it, it is just sooooo nice.

Re: For those already in Canada
We like the Old Spaghetti Factory in Calgary, we've not yet tried the one in Banff or Edmonton or Vancouver.
We like Las Palmeros and The Ranch House in Red Deer, I also like The Rusty Pelican and Houlihans. Taco Bell is Yum too, as is Wendy's and Arby's is pretty tasty too. I like their Turkey Ranch sarnie. |

Re: For those already in Canada
Our faves around our neck of the woods are, Ric's Grill here in the park, the restaurant overlooking the 18th hole at The Northern Bear golf club (and not just for the food ) and quite like Kelseys actually ,which is a chain around here.

The Keg. Obviously.
Actually, my fave is "Auberge du Pommiers", just south of the 401 on Yonge Street. Expense account evenings only though. |
