It's just above minimum wage but we do get a 2 week jolly in the sun every year. This year the mod's get together is in Hawaii for 14 days. IB pull out all the stops...even first class travel. 
Some mods have even got a BE mug...although that was for winning avi competitions.
Oh...almost forgot about the iPad and iPhone...every mod gets those to ensure no slacking.
