Forget the past, this abuse has become the responsibility of the Liberals because they are in power right know.
They have been relaxing immigration rules recently while Australia and New Zealand are tightening their rules.

So? Canada needs immigrants someone has to produce children who will grow up to pay the taxes that will pay for my care home and pension.

Got that covered with the refugees arriving from the USA as quite a few of them have several children in various countries and once they get Convention Refugee status they can then apply for PR status and bring all those children from various countries.
