Tea

Re: Tea
I buy "t'Yorkshire" tea when I'm back in the UK. Aside from that we drink the standard Tetley Orange Pekoe that is available widely here. I recall a post from Oakvillian some time ago debunking the myth that Tetley in Canada is any different from Tetley in the UK. (He worked for Tata in the past).

If it's not got Tea in it, it isn't Tea...

Re: Tea
I got this as an add on to another order from Amazon.
Seems good value. I'm getting the tea pot out tomorrow.

Re: Tea
Twinings Earl Grey is my everyday choice, probably 10 cups a day.
Did get some amazing loose leaf EG tea from Whittards of Chelsea, but it was quite spendy for a cuppa.
Drink coffee once in a blue moon, vile stuff. (Smells great, tastes crap!)

Re: Tea
We had some builders in doing work on the house, and my wife sometimes made them Earl Grey tea by mistake, instead of manly builders' tea. After a week or so, one of them sheepishly asked my wife if he could have "the posh tea"...

Re: Tea
The last few days have been on a Lapsang Suchong kick, it really can be sublime. Normally it's standard English Breakfast or occasionally Earl Grey. Also a big fan of Chai and make it dead milky and dead sweet. Moroccan Mint also very nice.
