I always hold the handles on doors in public loos with my sleeve. It's gross when they are wet, you know that someone has half washed their hands, half dried them, and then provided a nice moist place for the bugs to multiply. And that's the most pleasant interpretation of where the dampness on the door handles has come from.

on your sleeve!.......so when you touch your face with your hands all those filthy germs off your sleeve might just come in to contact with your face !
If you are so concerned with dirty pee and poo ridden door handles ......don't use your cloths to wipe it up ! carry a few paper towels with you ! Much more hygienic !

My point is very simple ! if you touch a dirty damp germ ridden handle with your sleeve.....where do you think the germs are going to go ?
on your sleeve!.......so when you touch your face with your hands all those filthy germs off your sleeve might just come in to contact with your face !

Hand washing is the most effective method of infection control
Bacteria are more likely to spread to and flourish on skin than clothing.
