Kate I can't believe you would have taken this in anyother way apart from a joke I thought we understood each others sense of humour from previous posts when you have said things like "Beware of Alvic she is a nutter" etc in Meet & Greet. I didn't take offence but laughed when I read it. The "gutter" comment was said in the same sense. Hope this clears things up.

It's not as if we don't say things like this about other threads that take the same line after a few posts - it wasn't meant to be personal at all my dear - hence the smilie - and I dont think anyone using BE doesn't know what the smilies mean?

Skiboy what have you done with your sense of humour that the Brits and Irish are known for....have you being living in Canada too long not to recognise it in a thread And I do believe your smilie means "confused" and thats what I am by your perception of my post.

Personally I think they are pretty hard to miss which is why I couldn't understand why the thread had declined in such a way.

When I started to read it my first thought was what's going on here usually the banter is pretty funny when this lot get going.

Hey calm down ladies calm down! I don't want to see women fighting in a naked way on my thread...Well ok then...

23 degrees and fairly sunny here, sitting outside on the patio thingy with a Cranberry juice. Got our Rogers interweb connected up a few hours ago, very tired, slept on the floor last night because we got a load of large round objects from Walmart which had written on them "Bed in a bag" for $90 each, unfortunately I took that literally so when we went to 'bed' it was just a pile of blankets, not even a pillow

Still, large Queen size bed delivered today so zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz at last.

So far everything has gone really smoothly, got house at last minute Monday, people were still moving out at 6pm, wifey got annoyed and went to spill for a fight. Fortunately she was very nice and apologised a lot, she was 'nice' in other ways too.

Oh and I've discovered my favourite Ottawa radio station, 106 FM, excellent music. Shame about the ads but you can't have everything.
