"spam" on BE?
Received a PM from a member *****. Sent me a short paragraph on the Holy Land. Nothing to do with me and wrote back to say that perhaps he/she was confusing me with the "other Anabella" with one "N" and that message wasn't for me. Composed my reply and then learnt that "***** doesn't accept PMs". What a waste of time....

I had one, looked for a Mod and Jerseygirl was on, sent her a PM to find he has already been banned.

Funny that, I got an outlook express e-mail from some woman, offering details of land for sale in south Africa. Did not know a thing about it! Only dealings I have had with SA recently, was to read and respond to an entry on this forum regarding a fellow Brit who was thinking of buying a farm there.
