The last two were taken in Milner Gardens and the first two at Pacific Northwest Raptors
The little guy in the first photo is a Spectacled Owl and his name is Elton.

We leave in the morning for home, it's been a good trip. I needed the break.

Me neither.
I was somewhat surprised to see that, very spiff looking.

Interesting aside, many moons ago I worked for Shell Canada in Edmonton and the building we worked in was the Milner Building which was also occupied by the law firm Milner, Steer etc. I often saw old man Milner in the elevator lobby.
Turns out he used to own the estate which is now known as Milner Gardens, that's likely his Humber.

I loved the photos, the house was gorgeous. We plan to have a good look around Vancouver Island it's beautiful.
