Snowboarding Clothes Website
Looking to start snowboarding again but need to buy all the kit first, gloves, goggles, snow pants, jacket etc...
Don't want to spend over $$$$$ at Sportchek with the designer items is there any where in Calgary or delivers to Calgary for modest prices?

You could try the Boardroom - Vancouver based store but has huge online shop. I don't know what you consider to be modest prices but I spent in winter in the rockies and definitely got what I paid for with gear (regarding quality, etc).

Kijiji... probably lots of people with screewed up knees trying to recoup their investment by selling their gear...

If Sportchek is too expensive for you try Sportsmart. If that is too expensive for you try knitting your own. If you head to specialist shops their prices will frighten you.

Cheers.
Sportschek @ Westbrook had snow pants in my size starting from $400. Looking to pay half that, of course make sure it still keeps me warm....

Sport Mart and SportChek have the same parent company. Sport Mart mostly seem to sell the older stock at lower prices. Neither is that great I find (unless going out of business, where I picked up my top of the range columbia pants for ~$100). The really good gear tends to be at smaller specialised stores, but you pay a premium for top gear, so it depends what level you are looking at.
Kijiji is still a good option if you want to save

Or take a look at beyondclothing.com and get some tailor made to fit! I got ski pants for around $200, they are great and really nice to have something that actually fits properly

I use snowboard clothing as my rain gear for fishing and found the Ripzone stuff works really well. Being a caretaker it all comes out of the lost and found, of course... if you were here I could give you the whole outfit including gloves and goggles; it's all going to Value Village tomorrow.

Did you get the top of the line Titanium softshell ones with goretex equivalent fabric? If they were you got a deal.
I find that there is a vast and confusing array of different grades/ material types and features across the columbia range, some are more slope ready than others, but for a casual recreational skier Im very happy with mine, and they keep me warm and dry in the dreadful Santa parade season too, so no regrets, worth what I paid for them.

Great, are you suggesting the OP might want to try Costco? I didnt even know they sold snowboard stuff/ technical outdoor gear, nothing mentioned on the webpage.
