I think I may just get a radiogram instead!

Any thoughts chaps?
hehe. If you thought the TV was a difficult one then asking about a playstation or xbox will be one for everyone to agree/disagree on

I'd say a playstation without a doubt but know others will say xbox.

I know, i know......ask anything about techy stuff and this forum lights up!

So, I looked at reviews and playstation apparently does more and gives more. I am officially going with playstation. I have made my final, yes FINAL decision, I think.....

I would honestly ask your son which he would prefer, if he would like to play video games 'online' with all of his friends and they generally have one over the other then it would make more sense to buy the more popular in his social circle.

Here's the thing.....my son is used to an x-box but his mates here all like playstation and shouted him down. He ended up saying 'oh, whatever....I really don't mind as long as we have something in the end'. He's very easy going.

If I lived on my own I'd have a cat and a glass of wine with a nice music system...but I don't, so playstation it is then. It's so funny how a box full of wires and components the size of an ant can cause such discussion. I love to light the touch paper and watch the discussion light up! Boys, you do make me smile.

I far prefer PS3 to an XBox - the XBox games I really can't stand. My son and I used to play tons of games on his PS3 when he was living here - now I have to go to his place!

It's not just the boys who like techie stuff!

Cheeky begger, thats what chefs and maids are for (I wish!)

There is such a thing as a pause button you know (or don't you have that on an Xbox?).
