Cheers :)

So it is fine to kill living things that you don't like, but it is not fine to kill them for food?

Your words that you made up - and as usual, your continued baiting is as stupid as it is obvious. Please take your passive-aggressive issues elsewhere.

Not baiting. Just trying to fathom your hypocrisy

And there it is: ka-ching! Your passive aggression is obvious. Must have been waiting for a while for that one. Come again, anytime, Almost Canadian.

We actually have sun and low twenties temps in Manchester, I thought it was going to one long grey year of continual winter weather and winter temps

Did heavy rain/thundery atmosphere cause loss of TV reception over there as it does here?

Yes

Yes, what a shock, the highest river levels 500 years! The world has gone mad...a friend in Spain has just had her windscreen shattered by hailstones!

Its been nice here on the west coast but not quite as nice as that. I think it might be time for summer uniform.

what a delicious thought, I haven't had a Pimms and Perrier for ever...yum! We've had a 'bit' of sun here, and 19 degrees, and I cut the lawn last night....I sound like the sort of person who thoroughly 'deserves' a Pimms tonight! Cheers Christmas, thanks for a great idea!

Cheers, Rosie, but it would appear that Greenhill's hill is going to be somewhat soggy as he says...Andrea is bringing (the word torrential was used on the radio just now) rains for the weekend starting tonight! A whiskey and ginger perhaps for the soul?

After a few mice days now we're back to the chilly drizzle.

The peer pressure around here's incredible! When the chili's done and the mail comes this fellow's taking his walkie down to the Empire.

Why is A/C p/a for asking a question. It's a fairly normal thing on a forum?

Talking of the insects the fireflies were out in force last night. Just beautiful  I was out on the deck having a fag and one kept coming closer and closer - I reckon it saw the end of the ciggy and thought it was a juicy mate or something.

I put out the fag before the unsuspecting insect tried to hump it and burnt his ass.

If you'd let it and carried on smoking, you might have discovered a new sort of recreational drug.

The weather warning has been posted for us here and informs me of 40-60mm of rain for tomorrow alone.

You might need more than one whiskey

The two would definitely become one, if the ciggy was in my hand!!:rofl:

I'm still trying to work out what a mice day is.

What day of the squeak is it?
