Default slimming world to weight watchers

Been a avid sw fan back in the uk, but got really frustrated with lack of quorn, quark, and fromage frais here in Calgary. So tried out Weightwatchers, got to say I am impressed- lost 10lbs so far!

Anyway- free to a good home , lots of books, food directory, food diarys, and magazines, all Slimming world, can pick up in South Calgary area.

Quark you can buy in Superstore - at least the one in County Hills sells it. It is in the chiller with the marscapone, fresh mozzarella and salsas/dips etc. Fromage frais I would just use a low fat yoghurt - it is much the samestuff - or even the fat-free sour cream. Quorn is horrid stuff... every time I eat it I throw up. And I don't think it is available in Canada

There was a whole thread on Quorn and the alternatives available in Canada (Quorn not being one of them, and there is an explanation on the thread).
