Any tips on how I ground myself.
I need a quick fix to my problem before I get fried. :scared:
I keep getting zapped by everything I touch today, even my office chair. It was the same yesterday.

One warning I did get tho....Make sure you don't touch the petrol pump unless you've touched your car first - a bit ouch but better that than a spark in an unfortunate place!!

When you have kids, they make a great game (they think, anyway) out of running around in socks on the carpet - getting really 'charged' up, then sneaking up on you and ZAPPING you by touching OUCH!!!

And the gas pump thing - it is true! Look for the warning sticker next time you're filling up! They're not very large, or obvious though

I'm sure store owners think I'm a complete loon sometimes, when I dab at metal door handles in shops. Still bloody zaps me anyway.

That probably makes more sense - cos it was colder here than there and I didn't get half as many shocks back here... well, cept for the heating bill
