Show less cleavage...damn straight
Desparate for attention
Although most won't admit it, the only reason they do it is to get attention. It's inappropriate really, and how can these females tell their daughters when they are doing the same thing?
Also it's always the ones that should be doing it, that end up exposing their flesh anyway, and let's just say their IQ won't be up there

Women who show cleavage have low IQs
Women only do it for attention
Showing cleavage is inappropriate in a public place
Women who have children should not show any cleavage as this might lead their daughters to wear low cut tops.

He's in the military - for them that's positively enlightened.

I don't waste time with cleavage, just wop the whole thing out..lol! Did that on a couple of transatlantic flights earlier this year with no problems at all from flight crew (but then they weren't American either). It always baffles me that cleavage/showing breasts is usually deemed ok except when it's being used to feed a baby

Now, now, my man is ex Navy and there's nowt wrong with him.
I thought it was a typo and he meant "that shouldn't be doing it". But it's hard to fathom.

I seem to remember that Kathy Lloyd and Gail KcKenna were, allegedly, members of Mensa - that's what The Sun used to say anyway

Nothing wrong with a bit of cleavage...providing the body exhibiting same is up to it. As for intelligence...who cares...one tends to observe (one can't help it), not have a conversation! As we get on a bit, nice to have a little stimulation for the old ticker.... ....Fatties in black 'spandex'..now that IS inappropriate........and Airlines should discriminate against such 'larger body types' overflowing over the arm rest (the only protection we have!) into our 'space'!.

You might not like the look of it but is it really up to you to decide who can wear what?

It does beg the question why are these peoples friends not telling them the truth that's evident to the rest of us.
I agree its not our place to tell others what they can and cant wear, but surely their friends should drop the occasional hint about what they should and shouldnt wear?
As a very pasty white man who wears shorts most of the summer Im probably on thin ice here...

Nope size in this case is irrelevant. Unless we start banning all fat men from wearing their pants done up under their bellies, and scrawny men not wearing shirts, and all the local zz top lookalikes, and pasty legged white men in shorts.
No, it is just plain horrid to be so judgmental. Live and let live. If someone wants to dress in what seems to us to be an absurd way so what.
