I tried doing that the other day, the result was very unsatisfactory.:o

I've not done it myself. My mother in law did it with hot dog sausages and it worked well enough. I figured ordinary sausages would be even better.

I think I'd use already cooked sausages mind, or at least partly cooked, as the pastry in those things would cook way before the sausages.

I pre-cook mine then chill them and put lots of lard in the pastry. Now I need more flour and sausages.:lol:

Cold! They can be served warm if they're fresh out of the oven, but otherwise, don't reheat them. :)
