No I think all services should be stopped and the money spent on racing cars and crack.

I live out of town, Durham so I am not effected. But the interest is still there.

I particularly liked the savings on compensation, based on what they could have paid if they hadn't negotiated a lower amount.. in reality there were no savings.

Didn't really follow the Star's logic on council office budgets. It does sound like he did reduce spending there.

Oh dear. I posted the wrong link. To make it more embarrassing the machine I bookmarked it on was actually the one at home.
