I need to renew my Canadian passport, i will do so at my local Service Canada office. I have downloaded the forms and notice they are fillable online but on the form it says to fill in with either Blue or black ink, does that mean i have to print forms then fill in manually or is filling in online then printing off and signing acceptable. Thx in advance.

My bad, i just noticed it says print or type using black or blue ink.
