Can anyone suggest a good cheapish wine, red or white or whatever can compliment a good dinner. Do you know of any brand, local or imported I can buy for those special occasions(moderately price)? Cheers,,,,TIA

When you say a good dinner that's a difficult one you need to be a little more specific, but the LCBO are really good on advice .....For Fish/Chicken etc I usually go for a white. I really like a Niersteiner but that is me. For Red meat steaks etc lamb I like a Red.....love Rhioja or a nice Shiraz(Chile do some really good priced decent wine). It really is a personal thing so go buy some and try them you will get to know what you like. There are also Rose'
Cheers:)

I like shiraz for reds and oaked chardonnay for white wines.

But most of the time we go for whatever is reduced/on special offer.
