I know a fair number of people are using netflix (including me).
I've not watched that much though - a couple of films that I can't remember the names of and some UK TV. I know I've watched all the mitchell & webb looks, the triffids, and hitch hikers. However I haven't used it for a few months now and so am toying with the idea of cancelling it.
So what have people watched that's decent recently?

I'm finishing up the whole four seasons of Prison Break. It's patchy after the first couple of seasons but quite addictive. I like that they have the whole thing.

Ip Man 2
Lemmy : fantastic tribute to the Motorhead/Hawkwind amphetamine and Jack Daniels fuelled OAP
Top Gear : working my way through them from series 2 onward
This is England : Not seen it? Watch it!
Life on Mars : We've watched the first couple of episodes - so far so good

Next nosey question which internet package do you have?
They've just recently changed all their internet packages.
I have Extreme Internet and they've just increased the speed to approximately 25Mbps and increased the download limit to 250GB per month.
Or for about $10 more you can go with the new Broadband 50 plan which gives you 50Mbps download speed and a download limit of 400GB per month.

we typically watch it once or twice a week which make is good value. I am finding though that we are running out of choices.

A friend recently posted a question on facebook about netflix, wondering if she'd exceed her monthly download limit if she started to use it.
My answer was that I'd be amazed if she could find enough stuff that she'd actually want to watch to get anywhere close to any reasonable download limit.
We've had the free trial versions on a couple of times, and even being free, it was crap.

I don' think its the hefty increases we need to worry about, altho they are not going up much, its the internet capping that they are trying to enforce cos Bell are a load of moaning P****s....25 gig a month wont last most people very long!!
