Default Recipes for Cornish Hens

I've seen plenty on line but I want your recipes or cooking methods.

I've always found Cornish Hens to be kind of cute looking but very disappointing once on the plate. There must be a way of cooking them to make them the delicacy they look as if they should be.

This thread almost disappeared from the top page unanswered, so I thought I'd rescue it.

Basically, follow the recipe for coq au vin, but add more vin.

Thank you...I shall investigate further. I've only ever had that as a casserole or portion.
