I guess if you can raise a smile on the faces of those reading, then maybe - just maybe, they might be more inclined to take notice of those signs

Our first house was in Deep Cove. Right at the corner of Deep Cove Rd & Mt Seymour Parkway. We loved it there right up until we got neighbours from hell next door.
