I just wanted to say - in defence or explanation of my post - that I didn't write it in response to anything in particular, or about anybody especially. I hadn't read all the posts about everybody who was leaving, but it really was something I'd been thinking over while fiddling in the garden yesterday.

I do think that some people possibly need to toughen up a little and not take everything so personally, but I still say that some of the personal attacks and derogatory comments on here are beyond being "honest" or "truthful" or "telling it like it is", and are unnecessarily unkind.

....... and actually I was thinking more about recent new posters who get lambasted at their early attempts enough to discourage them from seeking advice and information or joining discussions, and thus missing out on a possibly superb resource for folks thinking of making the move.

sorry, but we are not hitting out at other people only having a bit of a laugh did not think butch would have minded as he is always up for laughs.sorry if we offended him or anyone else

OK, enough of this silliness ..... I'm off to clean the bathrooms, as we have company coming .... and one of them is in the trade and always insists on giving me unsolicited tips on how to clean my house! (she means well, but ARGGGGHHHHHHH! :eek: ) :p

edit: she's worse than the MIL!
