I think it would be one of the most boring in the world jobs, but I should have got a short contract job at it! I spent three solid weeks going up and down roads with a voice recorder going saying “I like the look of this school/road etc” in Moncton and then I came and did the same thing in Fredericton for another 3 weeks! When we did finally get here we had a Google Street photo taken of my husband shirtless building the garage! Happy Days looking back...

saw them a million times driving round our area in 2019. I was told making rude gestures would ensure that you would be blurred out on the website. Hopefully this is true :o

I got curious about google street view driving jobs, from what I can gather, they don't work for google and normally short term job through a temp agency it seems, and not usually advertised as google street view driving.

I've never come across a job posting that would indicate it was google, but who knows maybe I have and just didn't realize it, one post I found from the US the person was hired through Addecco and paid just above min wage.

Being ATC at an airport with lots of student pilots must be frustrating at times.

Everything that could identify anyone is blurred out, faces of people, car number plates etc. Just ensures those who should be somewhere else can't be identified, The very first images didn't have blurring out, and there were a number of threatened law suits.

I think it's funny when you see an object blurred out, like a house. And then you go just past and it's not blurred out.

May 2021 be far better for all around the world.
May 2021 see those that have , think of those that have not. Uncertainty for any future. No roof over heads. No food. No security . No basics. No care. Maybe 2021 will bring the shift given hard yards of 2020.

ASSMAN license plate

When Dick Assman was on the Letterman show he became a local celebrity, and when Dave Assman from Melville was refused his ASSMAN vanity plate it made the news as well, but that didn't stop him from putting it on the tailgate of his truck.

I just looked up Dick Assman, according to a CBC story I stumbled across the the 90's, half of Canadian's at the time knew who he was, and the gas station he worked at, had at one point made it onto a list of 20 places to visit while in Canada.

I saw he passed away after having a stent put it when he was 82.

First baby born in BC in 2021, born at 12:21am baby # 2 followed in another hospital 8 minutes later.

Looks like there were 4 babies born in the first 8 hours of 2021.
