"Google Earth."

Anyone know what the cheapest way to send a parcel from Vancouver to the UK is? My parcel weighs 6lbs and I want to ship it privately without having to go through work.

Next time we have relatives coming remind me not to book anything without seeing some up front casheroonies - it's bloody expensive when it's only your own wallet opening!

Is it a salmon that is going to get a bit pongey? Better not do CanadaPost then- Is it a fisherman's tale- six pounds , actually a pound and a half?

No, it's paper. So it could go Canada Post.

As you don't want to do much work, Fedex, UPS or Purolator all come to you to pick up, they are not generally cheap though.

Canada Post is likely your cheapest option from Canada, there is also the going to the US to send it, but that will require work.

It was the UK doing the Vancouver fireworks display tonight. I'd like to say it was just a couple of blokes waving some sparklers about and a fat tart with a Catherine Wheel pinned to her arse, but the UK lit it up, they done a really good job.

Here it's because there's a long weekend, maybe that's true in AB too.

I've just read that it could be because of a certain South American country beginning with V.

If it is because of the bank holiday, that is simply greed. You should boycott these stations.
