Quebec
Along the same lines as I2C's thread - say there was a possibility of a group of 8 to 10 mature drunken moobags wanting to come and stay for a week to hang out, have a girly week, get possibly drunk, do some shopping, sightseeing, hire a boat etc (thats debatable but it would be fun right girls ) and generally just pamper ourselves without the guys - where would be the best place to go????

Well, not really. Quebec City is defo worth a visit. But you'd probably have to fly through Toronto. So see you at the Yard I hope.

Re: Quebec
Getting rooms will be like getting rooms in Calgary for the Stampede but Quebec City for the Carnival, well, that's a riot.

Re: Quebec
Edited to add this is a trip for next year - possibly around March / April so the carnival will be over, and we are planning possible destinations now so we know how much to save up before we tell the hubbys we are off!

Re: Quebec
Well with the amount of ladies coming and the fact that they are scattered between BC and NS planning is wise

A couple of pics from October... (screwed up the attachments last try).
Shit and this try.
I'm going to get some sleep soon.

Re: Quebec
No. I can report that it is a-snowing not in Richmond Hill.
In fact, I've just been out for a fag and it's +5C at 11 pm local, nor is there a trace of snow to be seen on the ground. This is, frankly, rather unusual for the date.
I'm sure though it's very different in QC.

Re: Quebec
I, like you, am off outside for a fag.
I thinks its about minus 2 here which is unbelievably warm also for the time of year.
Must be that global warming 2012 nonsense thingy.
Which in turn might make this thread a bit redundant really

Re: Quebec
Montreal is more fun than Quebec City if you want to party and shop.
If you've any money left over I would recommend a trip to Mont Tremblant... it exceeded my expectations.... it's fantastic!
