Default Pumpkin Seeds

Does anyone have any idea where I might be able to buy large bags of pumpkin and sunflower seeds in Calgary?

Back in the UK I used to make a cereal mixture for my husband of jumbo oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried fruit, all bought from Julian Graves or Holland and Barrett. I havent made it since we arrived in Canada as I cannt find the bags of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds that I used to.

I found a small tub of pumpkin seeds in the Co-Op organic section and they didnt look that good, and then found some loose but unfortunately they were salted, very tasty but not very healthy when OH is trying to keep his salt consumption down.

There are great bags of sunflower spitz but I am not shelling them for him, and I dont want him spitting the bits at me at breakfast

When I lived there, I bought raw nuts and seeds from:
http://www.communitynaturalfoods.com/
http://www.amaranthfoods.ca/

Also from a place at the Farmer's Market - http://www.goingnuts.ca/ This was mostly roasted nuts and seeds with spicey stuff, etc... on them. Not what you're looking for but, yum...

Superstore sell them in bulk and you can get them roasted and salted, or raw and may be cheaper than the other places mentioned, however I have not shopped there so can't comment really
