Just my opinion but I would wait a few days before booking anything just to find out what is happening with airspace first.
There is no guarantee that this will be over any time soon so you might as well hold on to your money. There is talk over here of some airlines going under as a result of this.
We're due to fly to Canada on 2nd May but don't yet know whether it will be happening. All we can do is wait...

Oh right I never thought of that, and it is classed as an act of nature so the airlines dont have to re-book you.
