Project Management
Hi Guys,
Do any of you know what the most commonly required Project Management certification is in Canada (particularly Alberta)? I'm thinking technical project management (software development etc...).
In the technology sector in the UK it's mainly Prince 2 that everyone has (at least 80% if the PMs I've come across anyway), but I have been led to believe Prince 2 isn't as heavily adopted in Canada.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Project Management
ditto,
I did all the PDU stuff and am part way through organising my hours into a meaningful form, then I got distracted by shiny areoplanes and am studying for that exam instead

Re: Project Management
Something I started to do when I lived in the US but my wife said she would never get in a plane and go anywhere if I was flying it so I stopped (she doesn't like flying at the best of times)
Thinking back I should have carried on and could have been going places without her

Re: Project Management
After looking it up I don't yet meet the criteria for the PMP certification.
Does anyone know if Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) which is the entry level PMI certification is worth going for, i.e. do organisations in Canada care about it?
