There are more options available online than say 5-10 years ago!! ... but as a backup (until you get those routes set up), I would research channels like Pacific, Fox Sports World (as well as TSN for major Footie events)
Hope this helps ... a little?
All the best!

This is the best website I can think of that shows which games are on TV and when....
http://footballtvcanada.blogspot.com/
AFAIK, no games on again until Saturday.

We have Rogers TV VIP package so you get TSN 1 & 2 and also we get setanta, goal tv and fox sports world for less than 20 bucks extra a month - much better than crappy internet feeds.

Not all the intenet feeds are crappy - there are some cracking HD links available - Its not very often that if there is a game i want to see that I have to watch it from a "bad" source

Second that....and I don't bother watching in HD as it's a waste of bandwidth.
Streaming live or downloading to watch at my convenience......love it.
Steaming BBC 1 as we we speak..... flawlessly.

3rd it. Although I do have all the TV channels for English football, CL, Europa and a bit of Serie A.
Streams are for England games, MOTD and for times like Wednesday when I had Chelsea on TV and Liverpool on the net.
Streams have improved unbelievably over the last couple of years.
