Thank for your input everyone. We need to sit down as a family and work out what will work for us. At the moment I think it's unfair that she should have to fund trips to the pool or buying magazines or the occasional accessory herself when she only gets $10 per month.

yup $10 isnt much to fund her outings.
We have just startd putting Evies money in monthly - to see how she manages to manage it -can see the MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM coming after the 2nd week!

My kids dig salt for money. We sell it and they work it. Give 'em about $2 a tonne.
