Looking at flights home (Toronto - Gatwick) in June (18-July 1st) coming in at $1000 each with Air Transat - does that seem about as cheap as they'll go do you think? I saw last year that they had a Dec 31st sale but not sure what to do.
2nd question, my wife has a Canadian passport that expires July 30th - does anyone know if Air Transat has a policy about travelling with a certain amount of time on the passport - under UK landing rules she would seem to be fine.
When she renews, her new passport will be in her married name (current is in maiden name) so just don't want to screw the booking up with an incorrect name.
Thanks,
Ian

$1000 for peak summer time (June-Sept) is really good IMO.
Re your wife's passport. Renew it in the new year. When you got married, if she adopted your last name, she was supposed to renew it immediately. The new Canadian passports are valid for 10 yrs now and cost $160. I would at least do it before you go back to the UK.
