I don't ........ last time I went to the gynaecologist and he asked me about my pelvic floor excercises ..........
forget it - I told him ---- it's already practically touching the floor !! can I have surgery instead '
For some reason he was not amused - but still have to come across any kind of Italian Dr with a sense of humour ..... most Italians come to that !
