The gym is doing me good as I am losing some body weight and gaining muscle weight with an improved cardio rate.
I will sleep at some point but knowing the way my body works I can survive on limited sleep for 4 to 6 weeks before I will crash for 24 hours:eek: It has happened before so I know whats coming:( If Flogger loses then make him play cards that should really finish him off:rofl: If we don't see you for a while we know what's happened then;):D |

If we don't see you for a while we know what's happened then;):D On my day off I went to bed and was woken at lunch time and told to stop being so lazy, so I had brunch and went back to bed. I got up for some tea got my kit sorted for the next day and went back to bed again. I am sure that some rude words were mentioned alongside my name but I was just worn out, however she soon spent all my overtime with glee:( However that was work related and this is stress related so it might be different:unsure: So the gym helps to reduce the stress and is doing me some good in the long term:thumbup: |

Agree, having things on your mind doesn't aid getting a decent kip, as you say at least the gym is giving an all round benefit in the mean time,
Prob last thing you want to do, but when are you back to work? I have lots of jobs to do here at home but nothing that really gets the brain thinking, painting etc is not the best thing to take your mind off something!! |

Back on Monday, that may be a good thing as my role is full on and full time plus some so I will have to think about work and not a lot else.
