At least last night bed at about midnight and awake about half 3, got up had a drink logged on here back to bed and counted sheep!! I have got up now because the sun is up and I was bored in bed

The gym plan could work well, have to sleep at some point!

I think we may be off to crazy golf later, DS looking to thrash flogger at that aswell

The gym is doing me good as I am losing some body weight and gaining muscle weight with an improved cardio rate.

I will sleep at some point but knowing the way my body works I can survive on limited sleep for 4 to 6 weeks before I will crash for 24 hours It has happened before so I know whats coming

If Flogger loses then make him play cards that should really finish him off
