you can of course get sky sports - but it is an extra oaid for package - like sky cinema is.

I now have Sky but I only pay for the basic package wghich give me a whole load of American stuff and BBC Prime ........... and even if the yankee stuff is things like America's nect top model and Extreme makeover and desperate housewives and sex and the city it still beats the crap out of having to listen to Italian political talk shows or so called comedy programmes that are just not funny at all ! It's worth the 20 euro per month ! Some good stuff on BBC now and again but at the moment I'll watch anything as long as it is not berlusconi spouting off again !!!!!!!!!

Thank you for that but what the hell are you doing still up

It is now 10.55Pm in NS so it won't be long before you have to get up:blink:

We visited Italy a few years back when my eldest was around 9 months old. We stayed in Malcasine, it was beautiful, the people were so friendly & the way they were with Emily, they just loved her.

The food was good, wine also, well basically everything was good from leather hand bags to the scenery, architecture & weather. We would love to return at some point, i would love to go to Liguria or Cinque Terre area, well there are too many places to mention. We really liked how the North felt & i would love to see Lake orta.

Look what you have done:rofl: I can't stop talking about Italy:)

I too have heard that the Cinque Terre are bloody marvelous and still have to go - but there are a lot of great places here.

How many people can say they have actually been to venice and Florence and Pisa and Sienna and San gemminiano and Puglia and sardinia and sicily and Rome etc etc. ?

And it also true that the Italians love kids ...... but the downside to that is that they find it hard or impossible to discipline them and though there are maybe less delinquents here than in the Uk, a true Italian mummy's boy is a kind of backwards delinquent ......... just not a street one !
