I thought it was going along fine - signed all mortgage docs - just waitng for solicitor to call to tell us how much ne needed and to sign the last papers - meant to be completing on Monday and taking possession tuesday - he rang at 2 to say - oh not got anything from the bank yet!!!!

Twittered my realtor -all sorted now but involves hubby having to go in to office at 7 on mon to sign forms and then me getting money from bank later!!

Nothing ever goes smoothly, does it, when we were waiting for the cash for the house we sold it was late too, apparently the car broke down!, the guy was using some loan shark company and it arrived at our solicitors the next day in a bag...no kidding...our solicitor said he had never seen the likes

oh we have the cash - sitting in my account saying spend me spend me - - !!

Hard to do with the weekend looming

yup yup yup - been up MT Seymour a few times - night skiing is fab and we went to Manning Park of 1st weekend of Spring Break

ok need to feed kids and dogs -and waitng for Mika to announce gig dates so can sort my summer holidays!!
